Really good Experience, A Return to Excellence

This was my second visit, I chose it again because of the wonderful experience on my first visit. A family member even said this city became his absolute favorite in Poland, partly due to this hotel. I love the basement candlelit swimming pool and spa. The design impressed me. The rooms are also beautiful.
I did notice that the service at the rooftop bar was not consistently great. During one visit, the staff seemed less attentive and the drinks were just average.

Really good Stay in Prime Location

The location is fantastic. It is next to the main square, with a lot to do. The staff was helpful . The hotel also features a sauna. I found the room to be very large and nicely appointed.
The cocktail bar experience wasn't consistently great. While one bartender was excellent, another displayed arrogant service and lacked knowledge (which was a little disappointing).

Breakfast included fresh juices, not terrible boxed varieties like often found elsewhere. I tasted the delicious salmon and enjoyed a pancake with almonds and cinnamon (it wasn't overly sweet!).

Absolutely amazing hotel!

I found the pool and spa just fantastic. The rooftop bar had fabulous views. I loved sitting and chatting there over a drink. The hotel had valet parking, a friendly service. I found the staff quite professional, so nice!
I found the reception staff a little lukewarm, but they sorted it out.
